Clients and visitors are reminded to pay their PAYE on time every month or quarter. Those paying electronically can pay by 22nd of the month (an extra 3 days) but for January 2012 that is a Sunday so you now need to use the banks faster payment service to pay on time.

Remember that 2 late payments in a tax year could expose you to an automatic penalty of 4% of the whole PAYE bill for the year.
