Petersons’ Payroll Bureau operates nearly 60 monthly or 4-weekly payrolls for clients. We process the payroll information and prepare all the necessary documentation including payslips for you to give to your employees. For some clients we also offer the ability to either notify your bank of the amounts to be paid directly from your account, or alternatively for those wishing to have payroll processed securely offsite for say, senior team members, we can deal with the whole process through a personalised client account ensuring that only the recipients know who receives what, and only the directors are privy to this information. For the one man company we provide a solution to the headache of payroll by taking the whole of the administration and dealing with it for you, and typically this can be done very cheaply by only processing on a quarterly basis. Annual filing of payrolls is dealt with electronically by the Petersons Payroll Bureau, therefore our clients have enjoyed the privilege of receiving the Inland Revenue’s filing incentives on an annual basis over the past few years.
